Sverdlovenergosbyt BOD can’t come up with AGM agenda

The Board of Directors of Sverdlovenergosbyt was unable to plan the agenda for the upcoming shareholder meeting. Nevertheless, the agenda has to be decided upon no later than May 20, 2009. The meeting itself is to take place in Moscow on June 24, 2009.
