Optical plant’s share issue halted

The Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation declared that the issue of E.S.Yalamov Ural Optical & Mechanical Plant’s certified inconvertible interest-bearing bonds (state serial number 4-02-00002-Т as of December 18, 2008) must be halted for the time being. The news has been announced via the Service’s official website.
