Sistema Profit can’t register shares

Ural Federal District’s division of the Federal Financial Market Service refused to allow Sverdlovsk Region-based ZAO Sistema Profit Management Company to register an additional issue of ordinary registered non-certificated shares through Order 62-10-294/pz-i issued by the Service’s division on March 2, 2010.
