A-Win Consultants Limited buys stake at Yekaterinburg plant

A-Win Consultants Limited recently bought a 15% shareholding in Yekaterinburg non-ferrous metals processing plant. At the same time, the share of Indesticoplaz Trading Limited in the plant’s capital was reduced from 86.29% to 71.29%, the issuer reports.
