Oil plant to skip dividend

The stockholders of Yekaterinburg-based oil plant thought it best not to pay any share dividend for the year 2009. The decision was taken at the annual general meeting on May 31, 2010.

Prior to the meeting, a respective recommendation was given to the shareholders by the plant’s BOD.
