Urals’ corporation share issue resumed

Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service decided that the issue of Mid-Urals Development Corporation’s ordinary registered paperless shares should be resumed and the report on the additional share issue results should be registered with the Service. The shares were available via a private offering.

The issue amounts to two million shares, with face value of 1,000 RUR apiece. This means the issue is worth 2bn RUR altogether.
