RosSpetsSplav BOD suggests passing dividends

Russian Special Alloys Management Company (UK RosSpetsSplav) suggested that the shareholders should pass last year’s dividend on the company’s common stock.

The annual general meeting was set for May 30, 2011. The agenda of the meeting also covers issues related to the annual report approval and electing the BOD and the audit committee members.
