Volume of loans given by SberInvestBank to natural persons for over 3 years goes down 22.57% in January-March 2008

Central Bank of Russia reports volume of loans given by SberInvestBank to natural persons for 1 to 3 years went down by 30.11% (from 25.126 million RUR to 17.561 million RUR) in January-February 2008.

According to the Central Bank of Russia, volume of loans given by SberInvestBank to natural persons for a term of 91 to 180 days went down 82% (from 241,000 RUR to 41,000 RUR) in January-March 2007.

According to the Central Bank of Russia, volume of loans given by SberInvestBank to natural persons for 181 days to 1 year went down by 36.9% (from 6.331 million RUR to 3.992 million RUR) in January-July 2007.

According to the Central Bank of Russia, the volume of loans given by Ural Treasures Bank CJSC to natural persons for a term of 91 to 180 days has gone down by 53% (from 25.046 million RUR to 11.820 million) throughout January to June 2006. As for the period of January to May 2006, the volume of loans given by the Bank to natural persons for a term of 91 to 180 days dropped by 45% (from 25.046 million to 13.767 million).

The outstanding amount of loans given to private clients by Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia has gone up by over 12.8bn RUR over the ten months of 2006 and amounted to more than 50bn RUR. The bank has given over 250,000 loans worth 30.6bn RUR to private clients since the beginning of the year. Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia has also retained its leading position on the housing loan market. The increasing demand for mortgage loans is followed by the increasing amount of loans the bank gives and the increasing number of its clients.
