Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court ruled on October 26, 2010 that ZAO Avto Land is an insolvent debtor, thus closing case А60-22892/2010-С11. The automobile dealer will now have to undergo six-month bankruptcy proceedings, Kommersant states under the Insolvency Reports heading.
