Управление Росприроднадзора по Челябинской области обратилось в арбитражный суд с иском к ОАО «Комбинат «Магнезит» о возмещении экологического ущерба на сумму 10 млн. 559,519 тыс. руб., сообщает «Интерфакс-Урал» со ссылкой на материалы суда. Согласно материалам в результате сброса загрязняющих веществ в составе сточных вод ущерб был причинен рекам Большая Сатка и Первая. Ведомство подало иск 28 декабря 2010 года, предварительное заседание по делу назначено на 10 февраля.
