The international financial group Société Générale completed the consolidation of its Russian assets, with the Bank of Russia providing Rosbank with the documents which confirm Rosbank’s reorganization through its merger with Bank Société Générale Vostok (BSGV). According to Société Générale Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Bernardo Sanchez Incera, the consolidation of the group’s Russia-based assets is going through in compliance with the earlier plan.
