Челябинска. Как сообщает пресс-служба «Челябэнерго», с сентября 2008 по сентябрь 2009 года управляющая компания собирала плату за электроэнергию с жильцов. При этом у компании не было заключенного договора энергоснабжения с гарантирующим поставщиком.
