The BOD of Ural Diesel Motor Plant (a member of Sinara Transport Machines Holding) appointed Nikolai Ovchinnikov the enterprise’s Director-General. Nikolai Ovchinnikov was previously employed as MSA s.a. Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The former DG Alexei Petrov, who was in office in November 2010-August 2011, took a new job offer.
