AgroPromProekt shareholders to decide on the company reorganization on April 21, 2006
AgroPromProekt JSC is to conduct the annual shareholder meeting on April 21, 2006. The points on the agenda include confirmation of the annual report for 2005, deciding on the dividends and the company’s auditor. The shareholders will also have to decide on whether the enterprise should set up a new Company.
