Nizhnetagilsky Metallurgichesky Kombinat JSC (NTMK, Integrated Metallurgical Industrial Complex of Nizhny Tagil) announced the winding-up of the associated company Goroblagodatskoye Rudoupravlenie JSC (Blagodat’ mountain mine management). The share of NTMK in the authorized capital of Goroblagodatskoye Rudoupravlenie is 100%, the share of Goroblagodatskoye Rudoupravlenie equities owned by NTMK is 100%.

The associated company was wound up by the decision of Sverdlovsk Regional Court of Arbitration to complete the bankruptcy proceedings.
