Chelyabinsk bakery foods complex № 1 is going to hold the annual meeting on April 27, 2006. The points on the agenda include confirmation of the company’s financial activity in 2005, P & L distribution, electing the Board members and the inspection committee as well as the company’s auditor. The shareholders will also have to approve of the amendments to the company’s Charter.
