Knauf Gips Chelyabinsk JSC is going to hold annual meeting on May 18, 2006. The points on the agenda include agreeing on the annual report, P & L distribution, the issue of dividends. The shareholders will also have to elect the Supervisory board, the inspection committee members, and the auditor for 2006.
