Annual meeting of Chelyabinsk forge-and-press works shareholders to take place on May 25, 2006
Annual meeting of Chelyabinskiy Kuznechno-Pressoviy Zavod JSC (Forge-and-press Works) shareholders is going to take place on May 25, 2006. The shareholders will be acquainted with the results of the company’s financial activity in 2005; they will also have to decide on the profit distribution, elect the Board members, the inspection committee, and the company’s Auditor. Another issue concerns the amendments to the company’s Charter.
