Oleg Bochkarev appointed GD of Electromachine Scientific Production Association
Oleg Bochkarev, head of Electromachine JSC, was appointed General Director of Electromachine ScientificProduction Association, a defense holding, the spokesperson for Chelyabinsk Region Defense Industries Association said to UrBC representative.
