ComEnergo, the local power supplier, has been certifying 24 of its subsidiaries located in Sverdlovsk Region, reports the spokesperson for IES-Multiutilities Ltd. The company used to have the certificates signed by the company’s leading technicians last year; this year, the readiness certificates must be signed by the mayor of the city or town where the subsidiary is located.
