VympelCom (Beeline), the mobile phone operator, has made some personnel shifts in its Ural branch. Former Commercial Director of VympelCom in the Ural Region Andrei Pyatakhin was appointed Corporate Sales Director in the company’s Moscow branch. He was succeeded by the former Commercial Director of VympelCom Yekaterinburg Evgeniya Grishina, who is now acting Commercial Director of VympelCom in the Ural Region.
