Yuveliry Urala (the jewelry business) reports its sales have plunged recently. For one, the company’s net profit decreased from 3.42 million RUR in the second quarter of 2009 down to 1.75 million RUR in the third quarter. The drop thus amounted to 48%.

The company says the drop in net profit has to do with shrinking sales.
