Ural Airlines reduces fuel fees

Ural Airlines announced recently that the company’s fuel fees for international flights would be reduced by 50%. The discount covers the summer destinations most popular with Yekaterinburg dwellers. Thus the fuel fee for Yekaterinburg-Varna and Yekaterinburg-Burgas flights will only come to ?40 and that for Iraklion and Saloniki will come to ?45. The fees for flights to Pula, Tivat, and Tel Aviv will amount to ?45, ?45, and ?60, respectively.

The tickets are available at the company’s booking offices between February 15, 2010 and March 15, 2010. The airline started selling tickets for the summer period at the end of January 2010. The obvious advantage of the early booking lies in the availability of tickets for the exact dates needed at good prices. For one, the tickets for a flight from Yekaterinburg to Tel Aviv and back are now available for only 20,212 RUR (all fees included); the tickets for a return flight to Tivat can be bought at 25,874 RUR.

All in all, one saves 2,500 RUR per ticket on average when using the airline’s special offer.

‘Summer time is a vacation period when entire families head for the seaside, so the discount runs up to very impressive total savings,’ the company representative says.
