8 business centers to open in Yekaterinburg

Eight new business centers, totaling 285,600 sq m in area, will be introduced in Yekaterinburg this year. Four of them are going to be Class A centers with the total area of 221,600 sq m and two Class B centers with the total area of 64,000 sq m, the city council’s press service reports.

The centers that will probably get commissioned in the second and third quarters of 2011 are Vysotsky at 8 Krasnoarmeyskaya St, AVS at 99 Mamin-Sibiryak St, Carneol at 23 Gogol St, and Filitz at 188 Lunacharsky St. What’s more, Summit at 51 Vosmoye Marta St and Vensky Dom at 59 Sacco&Vanzetti St will start operating in December.

There are currently sixty-five business centers in Yekaterinburg, totaling in area to 719,100 sq m. Twelve of them are Class A buildings with the total area of 146,600 sq m, forty-three are Class B centers with the total area of 422,000 sq m, and ten are Class C ones with the total area of 150,300 sq m.

The city council reports the rent ranges between 1,000 and 1,500 RUR per sq m.
