Regional law-enforcement agencies process case of Old Soldier chain store related to selling items with Nazi insignia
Kirovskiy Federal Court of Yekaterinburg considered the appeal of Alexander Parshakov, a shop assistant of Old Soldier chain store who was prosecuted for selling uniform and equipment bearing Nazi insignia on April 20, 2007. The court fully agreed with the decision made by the Justice of the Peace (the latter found Mr. Parshakov guilty of administrative offenses and imposed a fine on the offender), so the appeal was rejected and the ruling of the Justice of the Peace came into force.
